Regarding a settlement between ‘Ali Asghar and his daughter Khadijah, 1891
According to a separate settlement, dated 1879, ‘Ali Asghar, son of Haji Muhammad Taqi Baqqal [the grocer], settles all his properties and a small house endowed by his father along with parts of the Jalal Abad farm near Kirman, to his daughter, Khadijah. Ghulam Husayn, his nephew, also has signed it. Here, in the first document, in 1891, a condition is added that whenever ‘Ali Asghar’s child from his temporary wife reaches adulthood, Khadijah Khanum pays her/him forty tumans. Letters of ʻAliyah Subh-i Azal to Qamar Taj Dawlatabadi and to her Cousin
Letters of ʻAliyah Subh-i Azal (Ruhi), daughter of Talʻat Azal and Shaykh Ahmad Ruhi and granddaughter of Subh-i Azal, to Qamar Taj Dawlatabadi, daughter of Marziyah (Munis Agha) and Mirza Hadi Dawlatabadi, and to her cousin (son of Bahr al-ʻUlum). ʻAliyah's address, written by Jalal Azal, son of ʻAbd al-ʻAli Azal and grandson of Subh-i Azal, appears on the back of one of the letters . One of the letters has the date of March of 1952.

Regarding Hajiyah Khanum's properties
Copy of the statement by Haji Mirza Ibrahim Shari‘atmadar (local religious notable) on how Haji Aqa ‘Ali Akbar used the property owned by his wife, Hajiyah Khanum (daughter of Aqa Muhammad), became in debt and thus settled his own property to Hajiyah Khanum and her two children while paying a sum to his other two children from his temporary wives. Hajiyah Khanum dealt with Aqa ‘Ali Akbar's creditors after his death, gave her daughter her share of inheritance and married her off.
